Shipping & Delivery

Reliable delivery to your door

We want your order to arrive safely and reliably. Our goods are usually shipped via our freight forwarder or a logistics partner commissioned by us.

Delivery within Germany

For a net order value of 400.00 € or more, we deliver within Germany free of charge.

For orders with a net order value below 400.00 €, shipping or freight costs will apply. The corresponding costs will be displayed during the order process or communicated with the order confirmation.

International Delivery

Deliveries outside Germany are generally made ex works, unless otherwise agreed.

The applicable shipping or freight costs depend on the country of delivery, scope, and type of order, and will be communicated individually.

Delivery Time

You can find the respective availability of our items and the estimated delivery time in the product information or your order confirmation.

Should an ordered item not be available or if delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Freight Forwarder Delivery

Depending on the scope and nature of your order, delivery will be made by a freight forwarder.

Please ensure that the specified delivery address is suitable for delivery and accessible during the agreed or announced delivery time.

Transport Damage

Please check your delivery for externally visible damage upon receipt.

If damage to the packaging or goods is already visible upon delivery, we ask you to note this on the freight or shipping documents and, if possible, have it confirmed by the driver.

Please then inform us as soon as possible about the damage so that we can coordinate the further processing with you.
